Damage protection
Orders dispatched by Verified Compounds are covered by the Damage Protection Policy. If a vial arrives damaged in transit, a one-time replacement is sent at no cost. Claims require photo evidence and are subject to compliance review. Limit one replacement per investigator, per order.
How a claim is processed
Step 1
Document the damage
Photograph the outer carton, the inner packaging, and the vial. Capture lot identifiers where visible.
Step 2
Submit the claim
Email hello@peptides.vc with the order number and photographs. Replies arrive within one business day.
Step 3
Replacement dispatched
Once carrier damage is verified, a replacement vial of the same lot — or the next active lot — ships within 24 hours of approval.

Eligibility
Eligible for replacement
- Vials damaged in transit, with photo evidence
- Vials demonstrably not matching the released lot specification
- Incorrect compound or variant shipped
Not eligible for replacement
- Reconstituted vials
- Claims without photographic evidence
- Vials improperly stored after delivery
- Claims without proof of purchase
- Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery
All sales are final
Reagent vials are not eligible for return. The chain of custody - synthesis, released documentation where available, sealed vial handling, sealed dispatch - ends at the carrier handoff to the investigator. Verified Compounds cannot accept reagents back into circulation once they have left its custody. Replacement is offered for verified transit damage only.
Order cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible. Contact hello@peptides.vc as soon as possible.

- Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, nor for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications.
- You are familiar with your jurisdiction's regulations regarding research chemicals and their proper handling.
- You understand the safety protocols required for handling research peptides and will ensure proper storage.
- You are at least 21 years of age and represent a qualified research institution or are a licensed researcher.
- Verified Compounds, this website, and our affiliates are not responsible for how you use or store these items once delivered, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Payment disputes
Order issues are resolved directly. Contact hello@peptides.vc before initiating an action with the payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting Verified Compounds is considered a breach of the Terms of Service. Verified Compounds retains complete transaction records — order confirmations, shipping tracking, delivery confirmations, research-profile verifications, and signed Research-Use-Only attestations. These records are provided to payment processors in response to any dispute. Accounts associated with unresolved disputes may be suspended.
