Retatrutide (LY3437943) is a 39-residue lipidated peptide that engages the GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors. The sequence is published in WO/2021/254237; a γGlu-2×OEG-C20-diacid moiety is attached at Lys17.
Reconstitution. For in-vitro laboratory handling, dissolve with bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol). Compound is hygroscopic — handle in low-humidity conditions and re-cap immediately.
